Private Access Booking

Premium clients receive a private booking link that is not available to the public. This link connects directly to a senior mediator’s premium calendar with priority access for day and night scheduling.

Dedicated Line

​

Each client is given a direct phone number answered by a senior mediator for confidential conversations. This line provides same day or night access and immediate response during designated availability windows. No waiting lists. No queues.

Unlimited Conversation Time

​

Sessions have no time limits. Clients may speak for as long as needed without watching the clock, rushing through difficult topics, or breaking and rescheduling mid-conversation.

Email and Message-Based Support

​

In between sessions, clients may send questions, updates, or concerns by text or email to their senior mediator. Responses are guaranteed within the Premium access window.

No Conversation Limits

Clients are not limited to a set number of sessions each month. They may book as often as needed, subject to availability on the private Premium calendar.

All conversations remain confidential and are not recorded. Notes are destroyed after sessions to protect client privacy. All contact is handled directly by the assigned senior mediator.
