Welcome to Talk-WeListen.com (“Talk-WeListen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, including purchasing any package or booking any session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase or booking a session.
1. Nature of Services
Talk-WeListen provides non-clinical, human-to-human conversation support delivered by trained mediators. Our services are designed to offer listening, reflection, and communication support.
We do not provide:

Diagnosis, treatment, or therapy for mental or medical conditions
-
Crisis intervention or emergency response
-
Legal, medical, or financial advice
If at any time your needs exceed our scope, we may recommend licensed professionals or other resources and may discontinue service.
2. Eligibility and Access
To use our services, you must:
-
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
-
Have a reliable phone or device capable of participating in a live session
-
Have a valid payment method and be authorized to use it
We may refuse access or terminate use if we believe these conditions are not met.
3. Session Structure and Limitations
To protect user wellbeing and maintain healthy boundaries:

Sessions must be booked one at a time.
-
A standard session is thirty (30) minutes.
-
A mediator may approve up to forty five (45) additional minutes based on the nature of the conversation and the user’s wellbeing.
-
Extended or back-to-back bookings may be limited or declined.
These limitations are designed to support emotional safety and prevent overuse by individuals experiencing deeper distress.
4. Package Options
Talk-WeListen offers time-limited packages during normal business hours:
(a) Two-Session Package – 220 dollars
-
Includes two (2) thirty minute sessions.
-
Sessions must be redeemed within one (1) month of purchase.
-
Reflects a thirty dollar discount off the standard rate for two individual sessions.
(b) Four-Session Package – 420 dollars
-
Includes four (4) thirty minute sessions.
-
Sessions must be redeemed within two (2) months of purchase.
-
Reflects an eighty dollar discount off the standard rate for four individual sessions.
Additional promotional or custom packages may be offered from time to time and will be subject to these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Redemption Period and Expiration
-
All sessions purchased in a package must be scheduled and completed within the stated redemption period.
-
Unused sessions automatically expire at the end of the redemption period.

Expired sessions cannot be transferred, credited, refunded, or extended.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions
-
Sessions must be scheduled using our designated online booking platform or any booking method we specify.
-
You may reschedule a booked session up to twenty four (24) hours before the appointment time without penalty.
-
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than twenty four (24) hours notice will be forfeited and counted as a completed session.
-
We are not obligated to replace or reschedule forfeited sessions.
7. Payment Authorization
By purchasing a package or booking any session, you confirm that:
-
You are the cardholder or are fully authorized to use the payment method provided.
-
You understand that the use of another person’s payment method without permission may result in session termination and account restrictions.
-
You agree not to file a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution in good faith.
In the event of a dispute or suspected unauthorized use, we may request proof of authorization and may suspend access to services while the matter is reviewed.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, the following refund rules apply to all purchases:

General Refund Window
-
Purchases become non refundable after seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
-
Sessions that have already taken place are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Packages
-
A package may be cancelled within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if no sessions have taken place.
-
Once the first session in a package has been redeemed, the package becomes fully non refundable, even if within seven days of purchase.
-
After the seven day cancellation window or after the first session (whichever occurs first), no refunds, partial credits, or extensions will be issued.

How to Request a Refund within the Allowed Window
-
To request a cancellation within the permitted timeframe, you must email us at contact@talk-welisten.com with your name, order details, and proof of purchase.

These terms are applied consistently and are not negotiable.
9. Transfer and Sharing of Packages
-
Packages are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual purchaser.
-
Sharing, selling, or assigning sessions to another person is not permitted.
-
We may cancel packages or terminate access if we determine that misuse or sharing has occurred.
10. Mental Health Concerns and Mandatory Reporting
Talk-WeListen is not a crisis service and does not provide clinical mental health care. However, we take safety seriously. If during a session or through communication with us a user:
-
expresses thoughts of self harm, suicide, or harm to others, or
-
displays signs of acute emotional or mental distress,
we may, at our discretion:
-
provide referral information for licensed mental health professionals or crisis hotlines,
-
decline, suspend, or terminate current and future sessions, and
-
report direct threats of self-harm or harm to others to local law enforcement or emergency services when we believe it is necessary to protect the user or others.
By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this safety and reporting protocol.
11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Talk-WeListen reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:
-
cancel or reschedule sessions,
-
limit the frequency or duration of sessions, or
-
refuse or discontinue service entirely
This may occur if:
-
user needs exceed our non clinical scope,
-
safety concerns arise,
-
misuse of payment methods or fraudulent activity is suspected, or
-
there is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward mediators or staff.
If service is discontinued, any remaining sessions will be handled in accordance with our refund and expiration policies.
12. User Conduct
You agree that you will not:
-
Harass, threaten, or abuse any mediator, staff member, or other user
-
Use discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful language
-
Record, publish, or share any part of a session without our express written permission
-
Use the service for unlawful, exploitative, or fraudulent purposes
-
Attempt to book or pay for sessions using unauthorized payment methods
Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to appropriate authorities if warranted.
13. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Talk-WeListen does not guarantee any particular outcome from sessions, including but not limited to improved wellbeing, conflict resolution, or relationship changes. Our services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional clinical treatment, legal advice, or medical guidance.
14. Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing a package, booking a session, or clicking “Book Now,” “Continue,” or any similar action, you confirm that you:
-
have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions,
-
understand the nature and limitations of our non clinical services,
-
agree to the refund, scheduling, and expiration policies,
-
acknowledge our mental health and reporting practices, and
-
confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
