Our services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental or medical care.

2. No Emergency or Crisis Support

If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, or need mental health intervention, you must contact:

• A licensed mental health professional

• A crisis hotline such as 988 in the United States

Talk-WeListen does not guarantee immediate response times and is not equipped for crisis intervention.

If during a session you express intentions or threats of harm to yourself or others, we may:

• Decline or suspend sessions

• Notify law enforcement or emergency services if necessary

 

This obligation exists to protect you and others from imminent harm.

4. No Guarantees of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Personal improvement

• Conflict resolution

• Emotional changes

• Relationship results

• Any specific outcome from using our services

 

Results vary by individual.

5. Not Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice

Conversations with mediators should not be interpreted as:

• Professional medical advice

• Legal or financial counsel

• Instruction, direction, or representation

 

You remain responsible for any personal decisions made following a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk-WeListen LLC is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on conversations

• Emotional or psychological reactions to sessions

• Damages arising from session content or communication

• Unauthorized use of your payment method by another party

• Interruptions, delays, or technical issues

 

Your use of the service is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. No Recording or Redistribution

Users may not:

• Record sessions without written approval

• Distribute, publish, or share content from sessions

• Misuse or exploit mediators’ words or time

 

Violation may result in termination of services.
